Welcome to the AKSA Systems Portal. This portal provides access to the Online Training System (OTS), the Student Registration Database (SRD), and Career Readiness Database (CRD). If you are a new user to the systems, you must first
register
in the OTS. Once registered, your user name and password will provide you access to the systems as they are open.
The
Online Training System (OTS) officially opens August 25, 2025. The OTS is used for quiz completion, printing certificates, accessing
KDE Training Materials, and downloading the TAR (at grade 11) and the ESAR (at grade 12).
The
Student Registration Database
(SRD) officially opens October 21, 2025 for DACs only. The SRD
is used for score entry for both the AT and the TAR.
The
Career Ready Database
(CRD) officially opens October 29, 2025 for DACs only. The CRD
is used for score entry for the ESAR and status of completion entry for the CWEC.
